Steady State Group Paceline Power

Coach Scott,

I want to start trying the local Saturday “World Championship” ride every Saturday morning at the local bike shop again and wanted to know how you train or what intervals to do to hang on during those steady power surges? I just want to prevent getting dropped when the group increases the pace on those long steady pulls, which require quite a bit of stamina in order to hang on?
