How to manage BCC phase training during the race season.

How do I manage weekly Sunday masters races, bi-weekly Saturday / Tuesday evening 10M TT’s with my current bulletproof training plan to avoid over reaching/training and burn out?

Can I incorporate race training sessions and TT training sessions into the year 1, Phase 4-6 bulletproof plan?
