I used to be a reasonably quick cyclist in my late 40’s, now in my late 60’s having joined a retired group of cyclist after 20 odd years off the bike, l seem to have lost use of my glutes. How do l best re-engage with them and set up my seat position and do l have to pull on the bars to facilitate engagement?
