Consistency and compromise

We all know how much consistency is the key to make improvements, once you get to have a big consistent year of training and you see the results, something happens and you can't be consistent anymore and you see even better how fast you loose performance.

How to remain focused?

If the training becomes way to be healthy what the performance count anymore?

But I like to compete with myself even if I know that the more I go in the less chance I'm going to succeed.

How to enjoy what we have despite looking that going slowly away?

I guess this is part of the experience, manage abbondante and luck of everything, time energy will health.
