Hi Scott, I suffer from depression and at its worst, it’s a fight just to get out of bed and go to work. What’s worse, is you lose all interest in what you love (and the people you love). Yes, therapy helps, but in the darkest of times even the most disciplined may falter. And I’ve fallen, hard. I’ve lost my “Why”, my way in life, discipline, focus, and I can’t seem to find a way out.
